Important is: The main reason why stock lost 99% of it´s value is now gone! No more dilution next 5 months at least.

I doubt ceo cares if stock is at .01, .02, .03... after $DIGAF traded strong up to $1.06 3 YEARS with many millions traded at $.80-$1.06! 3 years strong trading history!

Only pennystock trader think about 1-2 cent up. But never a company! I´m sure he thinks bigger than this.

I like the chart and the way it´s managed. We have a ceo who delivers what he promised!
