Those companies shut down their pr's like STEV for example hasn't put out any news in years... https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=144742419
JC kept going with the pr's and red flags were flying and shares kept dumping.... it was unethical...

but as i've implied i dont think the sec necessarily played fair ball here- i've seen other co's without ANY filings for 3 years without even an sec warning
