The PPS didn't go down because of shorts, there are only 1,306,201 shares short as of yesterday Nov 8, 2018 On Now 2 there were 6,982,554 shares short before the PR when about 4 million shares were bought to cover. This PROVES it was TOTAL DILUTION! Penny Stocks are NOT the only stocks that dilute! Today it gaped down because of the 14.7 million more being diluted at $3.15 and even more shorts took advantage of that and covered today.

Hopefully NOW the dust will settle and this will start going up, it can't get any worse! Ya gotta figure that anyway!
