It is to bad that groups or individuals that bring stupid sh@t to court, don't have to pay all fees, lost wages, court costs of the party they are whining about, if they loose! Maybe 6 months in jail would help also to curb the idiots? These same people would be the ones complaining about the high costs of vehicles or anything else made with minerals from the ground! I think that since it took 14 years to get to this point it shows who has dragged out the process. Ridiculous. JMO
