MCGI MERGER!!!

MCGI just put out the rest of their Q filings so they are CURRENT and now they will complete the merger with a TEN MILLION DOLLAR a year auto parts company as they have said in two LOIs!

And that company is PROFITABLE and growing tremendously, from $4M last year to $10M this year.
