There’s no L2, but I can see detailed L1 on E*TRADE, Fidelity etc. I’ve noticed the bid size fluctuate, but not the ask.

Last time I looked there was 29k on the ask which was around 10:00ish, and ~145k shares later there’s still 29k on the ask.
