All future drug testing may have to replace placebos with a statement by the investigative
drug testing party to sign a statement acknowledging they are aware that they may not have been given any effective treatment in the past, only once the study is over (of course), as even telling them that naughty holdback before the study may implicate other effects not yet realized (the uh negative shock effect of being a victum of benign neglect and its effectiveness as a measurable palliative).
