Status of Chevron JDA:
In tandem with our engineering firm we have engaged in direct dialogue with Chevron on the go
forward status of our project. We have previously reported on the development activity relating to
our field testing of our Atra-171 technology. We are meeting with Chevron by mid October with
respect to the anticipated commercial roll out of this technology. We are now assessing potential
options for initial manufacturing of anticipated commercial units.
