The Froyo industry isn’t VEND’s competition. It is in competition with other vending machines or any café that’s directly near the placement of the Froyo machine. A brick and mortar froyo business probably has to make up to at 500 sales or more per day to keep afloat. They have to pay rent or mortgage plus employees plus utilities plus everything else that goes along with a brick-and-mortar business. Vending machines unless you have many of them don’t need any employees, you do not pay rent, you do not pay utilities, etc. If you sell 10/Day you’re in profit, 20/Day and your doing pretty well, 30/Day and your killing it, anything above that well forget about it I don’t want even get into how successful this business can become.

If the Froyo industry is slightly declining every year who cares. How many of the vending machines out there offer the same things as the next vending machines: most of them. They are Competing with everything else that’s exactly the same. This is a different product being brought to places where it could not be brought to before. You’re competing with candy bars and chips. And you have much higher margins with much less inventory. There is much potential here.
