A lot of DD has been found since the original posts, so I have put it all together in 1 post. As we can see below HEME is partnering with GI Investment llc on their 34 acre cultivation complex.
Mandy is listed as the main contact for GI Investment in the City of Blythe Documents.
Looking up Mandy's Details from the email we can see its the same Mandy as well.

GI Received Approval for the Green Complex on Aug 15th
The HEME Website stated 70 acres. This Complex was only 34 acres of that. The other 36 acres are located in Blythe as well, also with Mandy but with another group as well.
