Shareholders of GTRQ need to be forming a Class Action Lawsuit against him. Especially since he has screwed people out of their investments and pocketed the proceeds of what is essentually a double sale. If this were Real Estate, Rightful Ownership Claims come into play. Too me it still isnt exactly clear legally how he stripped away the only viable asset in the alleged Patent and the G200 Modules even though now they have been found to be total junk, they still all would be legally owned by the GTRQ Shareholders. To me the fact he filed the Form 15, went dark, then soldout to ARCI is a clear case of Fraud.
