Pardon my ignorance, but how does a RRS get us any more money? To get money someone has to believe in the company and share price won't make any difference.
I understand that an RSS would keep BPTH in compliance with the NASDAQ share price rule but won't it put us risk of a deeper hole and never be able to meet the market cap criterion?
Just asking because someone out there knows the answers and I am too lazy and disinterested to research this.
