It looks like there are a lot of sellers in the market right now to unload shares. No news on the company's so-called meeting with Chevron, the only thing keeping this afloat are private placements every so often, but they are getting further and further apart, meaning this company is going to need to announce something soon...very soon, 2019 looks to be the last year unless Fuda can get something going quick, which doesn't look to be the case. Their meeting with Chevron would have been announced by now if there was something positive, this company historically has not announced negative news except for one sentence fluff in their quarterlies if at all.

Joseph Fuda has a miserable track record with getting REAL deals done.
