1) The CEO DOES indeed own 2.094 BILLION shares of the OS. The float is less than 200 million.
2) Those shares are RESTRICTED and cannot be dumped onto the market.
3) Their main focus is bringing the company to current status.
4) The company will release news about all of these crazy filings "Shortly"
