So they own property with no license, that they can't get through zoning, and without zoning approvals the State won't proceed with a license

Since the State is not granting cannabis licenses for the forseeable future, and the fact that a licensee cannot have two licenses on the same premises/tax lot, unless they exist and are grandfathered, if the licenses don't exist, they'll be hard to get if they can even get them at all and have multiple license functions at the same adress

They bought a company with a small indoor canopy (as a hedge is my guess) that can produce a few hundred pounds each crop or 'turn' that they want to sell and extract with, assuming maximum output and no crop loss or issues. It's not clear if it's a soil or hydroponic operation with each carrying different costs and risks. Four turns a year that's $1.2-1.5M from that location/potential yield on extracts. $2.4M in flower per year.

It is not clear if they have the processing licensing for processing concentrates or extracts and a commercial kitchen license to operate.

The value is in the dispensaries, but with 280E, dispensaries have the highest tax burden with few deductions.

What did I miss?
