I have no idea what they have and don't have. On a good note, one update said
"NanoLogix has also agreed to fund an existing laboratory in Houston" - implying perhaps they had some money.

On a less good note, the last update said: "With the right resources, we will be able to expand this test to additional bacterial pathogens, such as E. coli, Enterococcus, MRSA, and any other clinically relevant pathogen.
