Looks like it to me. I don't remember there being all of the drop downs and I don't remember there being a picture of the founder. Also, the verbiage seems a lot more non oil related business focused. Looking forward to a more upbeat quarterly report sometime next month!! Hopefully, the "going concern" disclaimer will be removed soon.
