the only bad thing the management has done is fail to spin off the Sure Fly and may be should have raised more cash from an equity filing.

They are working on at least three major contracts which all take cash upfront to develop and support.

They are starting a production line now for vehicles - that takes cash

Until they start getting regular sales through one of the big contracts or just selling to small delivery companies they will struggle or be taken over.
