I have never tracked my expenses to grow my medicine but it sure isn't anywhere near 4K a year let alone 37K.
And it's only for family not a business as the MAFIA controlling this state would want hundreds of thousands of their cut just to grow enough to run a business before they even place their 37% ILLEGAL tax on it so it's for family use no money exchanges hands so I can tell the state of Washington to go rip off someone else.
Same reason I don't pay the tolls when I go down I-5, 405, as I already paid for those freeways years ago and I pay for maintenance through property taxes, gas taxes, so basically they want me to pay for what they STOLE from us for their insatiable desire to create more revenue!
