I have received a suggestion - in a private post -
that it would be more effective if more than one
Letter of Complaint was filed. I agree.

Anyone who wishes to file their own Letter of
Complaint please do so. I will e-mail out my
completed Letter of Complaint - when I have
finished typing it up - as a guide to the correct
Court address, names and format to use.

I have just found out that the filed Court
documents in the Receivership cannot
be viewed or bought on line. I will have to mail in
a request - and it will take approx 3 - 4 weeks
to receive the documents in the mail.
