'...7.1 It is anticipated that MJBIOTECH’s business, if it develops in the field of alcoholic beverages, will create a need for specific products. Any decision to develop that business shall be solely for MJBIOTECH. If MJBIOTECH does develop this business, it is agreed that DRINKS24 shall become a “preferred supplier” to MJBIOTECH for such specific products and have first opportunity to supply them to MJBIOTECH subject to price, specification, quality and delivery times being agreed and no less favourable than any other potential comparable suppliers...'
