Read correspondence between the SEC and Cornerstone on www. SEC.gov this morning. LORD are these funds complicated. Anyone have a fistful of aspirin to spare!

All things being equal I always opt for the simplest investment. Similarly, I usually opt for the fund with the lowest expenses, often index funds.

Warren Buffett says about the same thing.
