I don't have any proof or information of their guilty pleas next month. If you look at my posting history, I haven't followed AAPT or Lisa/Barry for years. I just know that fraudsters like that eventually get caught. They can't help themselves.

The SEC may not be the fastest, but they get the job done. Lisa and Barry may not get jail or prison time, but they'll probably get a lifetime ban on being a director or officer of any public company, and a pretty big fine.
