Planning to take it private is the only thing making any sense. Management says nothing about the Mikros Mindr and how the test results are going. Is there a marketing rollout plan? Management buys no shares (zero)-- but BOD gives away shares for a good job (from whose perspective?). Holding long, assuming going private, could mean that Daniel Zell files lawsuit over misleading information to deliberately undervalue the company. Carl Icahn did that very thing with AFSI-- gaining money for all shareholders (AFSI management took the burden). Someone tell Carl Icahn about Mikros Systems.
