That would be a reasonable argument if that was the case. But there is much more to it than just that. As was the recent BS lawsuit that Zouvas and Mersky filed. Zouvas was co-plaintiff with NOHO, Inc (Mersky). He wasn't just the attorney of record but co-plaintiff. Therefore he was no longer just an attorney for hire, but a partner in the lawsuit. They were partners in crime. There was a reason Zouvas was a shareholder of both NOHO and the company they were suing. There was a reason after the initial filing, neither Mersky nor Zouvas responded to a single request from the courts. No, Zouvas was much more than just a simple attorney for hire. He and Mersky were hand in hand in that lawsuit.

Lastly, are you telling me that Mersky had no idea of Zouvas continuing court battle stemming to the 2016 charges for his pump and dump activities? Now that's totally unrealistic. It's no coincidence Mersky disappeared when he did. The question is who will turn on whom first.
