See I just see things a little differently... Around when that 8k came out, I looked back through a bunch of years of filings and never saw one like it detailing a funding agreement. Although the lender was "TBA" it still looked to me like something DIFFERENT, and not the same thing over and over again. To me it looked like a sign of progress.. just maybe..
