So - what do the experts think ? Does Titan come out with news soon to try discourage dumping for those tax loss sellers ? OR do they let PPS fall and save PRs for the start of the New Year ?

*** Lots o people bought between $5.50 - 7 that either have gains to offset or who will want to at least take their 3k loss on their taxes IMO. Next 2 months should be interesting folks. GLTA
