Every time Microphase files that they are going to sell the stock is eaten up and the PPS ends up moving upward directly following which has created a nice trading range if your a trader, or a nice entry opportunity if you're an investor.

Either way, you win and don't take a hit on your portfolio. Buy low sell high...right?
