It's good news all right. The fate of the company now hangs on whether they can sell the product, and being covered by insurance is essential. Aetna's assuming coverage will lead to many more insurance cos. doing the same. I think it's a superior technology to Dexcom and the others' enzymatic sensors, but to compete successfully they need the same level of insurance coverage that the others have. And that needs to grow, for the sake of all of them. If they succeed, the stock will be a huge winner (I've been a shareholder since series A, years ago). They might not, perhaps because people historically don't like implants if they have a viable choice, but it looks to me like Eversense is the best device out there, which gives me a positive feeling for their future.
