Thanks G. I haven’t looked back on that since I discovered it, but I’ll check it out.

I did notice their attorney is now on OTC Markets “Prohibited” list and has been removed from their security detail page. https://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/prohibited-service-providers.

Also, the SEC link you provided shows SEC correspondence about an abandoned registration statement. Probably the bogus spin-off.

I’d also be paying attention to one stock in particular that signed on with Triton. They seem to be suffering from the inevitable negative affects of millions of shares hitting the market.
