I agree, "if" that 64 million dollars was truly "all" Professor Li's money and not the Communist States money. However, we will never be able to source those funds. For all we know the Professor is a spy as well as a business man and Professor. If all 64 million is truly Processor Li's money, he may not care what the stock price is in the immediate, especially if he knows big contacts are on the way.
