We appealed and are waiting for the appeal to be decided. We can go on with the 13 trial. Judge Andrews in a comment asked why were appealing? Our lawyer admitted he didn’t know, but he would take that question back to the decision maker (Carter I assumed). We appealed and now are waiting for that appeal to happen or or come to a conclusion.

If we win then there most likely will be a settlement quickly in my opinion.

If we lose then we are in the same place we are now, but that appeal will be over.

Anyone wants add to this or delete from have at it!
