My opinion is the company needs to do a conference call with investors ASAP because brokers are telling people the spinoff is automatic and will be handled by them. But the company states they want each holder to submit a transmittal letter with interim statement to prove what they owned on the 12th.

Only way to clear this up is a VERBAL conference call to clearly state what needs to be done otherwise people will do nothing and the brokers (naked shorters) win.

So if someone has the ear of IR or company I’d make this issue very well known and get them to do an immediate conference call and record it so it can be linked here and twitter and anywhere else the company has a presence.
