If the NASH warrants are what he said, he thinks he’s correct but not at the Office and he’ll look it up and I’m suppose to email him to get that answer correctly after a exchange of emails

To me if Warrants are .25 BTH & .40 BTH then Shares (Units we’re below .25 BTH and probably around .125 NASH and .20 NASH and exchange for .24 BTH shares for their NASH Shares)

All these new shares to NASH and Warrants and even the new BTH Private Placement have a 4 Month Hold so it might take awhile for them to want to push the Share Price

Yeah, I was a little pissed they didn’t disclose the Warrant price

I told him if their a .01 BTH then SEDAR gonna get a lot of complaints if not already over this deal

I guess time will tell
