Here's an article worth a read as it relates to the potential of LIGA's future Panama City home. It's about a man who had a beach house in Mexico Beach, Florida, the town which got the brunt of the Hurricane, that he built to withstand hurricanes. Aside from some flooding damage, it remained relatively unscathed while all surrounding homes turned to rubble. I think this is a great example of why LIGA's homes could be a hot commodity in the future.
