Good Afternoon,

Well, well. The shareholders meeting was visited by one of our own from this thread and made the way to the shareholders meeting at her expense.

We all had the same opportunity, but Lindy made the trip and she has no obligation to share. She did mention that the shareholders meeting went well and she feels that we have a good company with a knowledgeable management team and considers this still a hold and a good point in adding. This is good enough for me.

Some hear mentioned she may be privy to insiders information and thus on the NDA is total laughable if not re-responsible just to even mention this. The shareholders meeting is a public forum.

As I have mentioned in my past post. Note Holders just can't give up on their objective and since the Note Holders are on the books, there is nothing other than renegotiate their deal. The company did state that their desire is to move the remaining 2 Note-Holders into preferred. If this has been done, then we will not see any selling of these Notes until 6 months after the renegotiated date. So far this scenario will not have an effect until at least around Feb. or March 2019.

I also agree with Roaming Bulls comment about the 8-K.

We should get the 8-K this week or very shortly and I expect this to come out above all else the company may want to release.

With some on this thread talking endlessly about dilution has begun nauseating. You often hear about MM Mxum has left the lineup and assuming that it is done is woefully misguided. When you have a certain MM (Mxum) that falloff the L-II during the trading session, means simply that they can't continue to sell beyond the 25% limit and thus back off. Since this company has been almost with the last few weeks on low volume, it is understandable why this as taken sometime to drain out.

Let me make this very clear. The company can't dilute or sell directly into the market. It just doesn't work that way. It is the Note-Holders that sell and when they back off is that they can't meet the threshold of Sec rules during a particular session. And with lackluster volume that we have had in many days, the process continuous to move forward until they reach their maximum allowed or the end of their note.

There is also a problem with shorty and he is definitely a problem and until the Note Holder is exhausted of their shares, shorty is in the sandbox kicking sand in our faces.

The management team for a pinksheet company has been transparent and fact that they held a SHM is above the duty of a pinksheet company.

The management team knows what they have and in my opinion is doing as well in the transparency department as business guidelines denotes.

Now that we have the Shareholder Meeting behind us, I do expect some announcement as RB (above link) has stated through a 8-K this week.

I would have liked a slew of announcements before the shareholders meeting and I can understand why they waited.

We are here now and I would like to thank Lindy for her support to this venue and I feel it is her choice to share and what she has posted (above link) thus far is satisfying to me and should put a damper on this discussion and let the company disseminate their business plan. I believe it to be, first in the 8-K and then, on going contracts and other relevant important information.

We are a pinksheet company with tremendous business model that has been more open than most in this very unpredictable arcade.

I continue to remain a shareholder and feel this will bode well for us in the first 6 months of 2019. They have many irons in the pit and now let the company show where they want to take us.

Very optimistic for us shareholders in this point in time.

Have a good day
