The value in this company is the ability for 4less to go public without having to go through the extremely lengthy process of becoming public and probably MCGI's network. The last #'s I saw for MCGI they had a fairly good amount of debt. We are flying blind here and we are not sure when the fog clears whether we will be looking at blue skies or the side of a mountain.
