As an action oriented company, everything Lannister does is based, not on time, but on the contributions of its team members along an organized plan. Before you can run you have to walk, and before you can walk you have to crawl. What they've done is to put the knowledge and experience of an older person into a baby. They've avoided the problems and pitfalls of an inexperienced ceo and company, in favor of tried and true principals of a well seasoned expert. As shareholders we are deeply frustrated with the current share price, however, would we really be any happier with a company that moves too quickly then suffers a major set back? In the grand scheme of things I'm far happier knowing this investment will pay off more handsomely in the future than i am unhappy about the current price point.
