Great for ALKM the company, but if the SEC was to shut ALKM stock down the shareholders would be at a total loss. It does happen to companies that do not file on time and get behind. It happened to One Stock Company as I know first hand about. The CEO was putting out quarterly and yearly reports left and right and got to within a year the best I remember of being Current. Never made it and we lost everything as stockholders. So don't think we are out of the woods here yet.
