More lies.........So you think that the BCSC has nothing to do with the fraud REALLY.... Then answer the question with the Barrick and Silver Wheaton deal why the BCSC had the silver from Pascua Lama changed to read any silver from any Barrick mine!!!!! Now why would that be because the BCSC knows that Barrick does not have title.......Now it is very interesting that the BCSC has lied about their invite to Chile doesnt exist yet they have paid for the most expensive law defence in Chile to get them out of going. That has failed and they will need to report before Xmas. So the BCSC used the hearing in Vancouver to gander evidence to use against JL and MSX in Chile very nice..... So you know if the BCSC does anything on Nov 30 it will just add to the crimes in Chile. So from this they probably will do nothing or post pone their verdict until after they finish in Chile....So much for GUARANTEED AT LAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
