"Laugh" suggests incompetence and "folly" suggests......

foolishness. Together it was mean Kyle was stupid. I certainly don't think Kyle is stupid. He knows the site is junk. Discovery provided an email Huffman sent Reddy at HTQ. There wasn't any sense of urgency on Reddy's part to get the Bureau what they needed so the MAP partnership could move forward. Weren't we told HTQ knew where the wreck was and they chose Kyle because of his permit getting prowess? That claim was overstated for sure.

Certainly the 2 of 3 items BS was made up. No one at the Bureau would have said that because that isn't in the statute nor a matter of policy. If that was the case and Kyle was told that as some have suggested, he should have never signed the 2014 permit. It clearly stated there was no guarantee of a recovery permit.

But maybe he is that stupid. He does have a BOD and an AB with absolutely no experience in the industry.

Then there's the old song......WELL KYLE DOESN'T GIVE UP, as if searching a completely empty closet for years for a coat that isn't there is somehow virtuous.
