fleet went down centuries ago. Here, this might help.

HTQ is their partner on the Melbourne project. It's all in the filings.
At first there was a subcontractor agreement.
PRIVILEGED, CONFIDENTIAL & TRADE SECRET
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
2. Seafarer has represented that it has experience and knowledge regarding the exploration and salvage of historical shipwrecks. HTQ has represented that is has extensive information regarding a historic shipwreck located off of Brevard County, Florida.

Then they formed MAP.
SEAFARER'S QUEST, LLC AS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARINE ARCHAEOLOGY PARTNERS, LLC AND SEAFARER EXPLORATION CORP.

Seafarer's was given what was referred to as extensive information and what have they gleaned from it? HTQ had researched and explored for over a decade. Kyle claimed they were on the wreck and we still haven't seen evidence of it. The site is junk.
FYI....the permit expires in early July. Do you know how long it's been since Kyle had a permit renewed?
And where's the Juno recovery permit that was promised? They applied on 7-15-15.
When they gained Melbourne the story line was that HTQ ticked off the Bureau and they knew they would NEVER get a recovery permit, and that's why Kyle was hand picked. He was said to be a permit getting machine. HTQ knew exactly where the wreck was and Kyle would get the recovery permit.
We're coming up on the 6 year mark for Seafarer's being on this site, but who's counting?
Now comes the notion that they'll just up and invent a treasure finding machine. The BOD and AB must really think very little of themselves and their marks.
Let me know if you need additional information. I know Raider has spoken of Haskins research.
