On the topics of Share Increases and Shams

Lets say the naysayers are correct and this is all a sham. How much could Jimmy and crew hope to earn from their shiny new shares, especially after people figure it out and the PPS tanks.

Since SGMD already recognized Bizright Revenue in the previous Q, how could they come back in the 10K, or a later Q and basically say, "Just Kidding, no deal, let us go back and amend that Q"

On a more positive tone....

With these shares, ideally they could raise additional capital and start paying off their Interest Incurring Debt, especially that ridiculous one with ~25% interest rate compounded monthly.

Any reason they wouldn't/shouldn't do this?
