I only post here to perhaps offer some insights into how business synergies work between borrower, lender, market maker and retail since each has different parts with the least seemingly informed being retail.

The objective is to better understand dynamics at play. From that you have a better chance at evaluating trade strategies, entry and exit points.

Its just basic information but it does apply to RNVA and OTC

I will also point out that the RNVA insider/money man is very experienced and probably a director since that is fairly common when lenders put their money at risk. This is not unusual with toxic lenders which makes the entire staging of the financing actually very predictable. Just have to read and know what it means.

If you really want to learn find some other public traded companies that Sabby has been involved with and study the impact on those companies and their shareholders.
