I am not sure what numbering system you are using, but that interview was from 2011. It indicates that Johnson received his BS in 1960. Assuming he was 22 years old when he graduated, that indicates he was born in 1938. Therefore, in 2011 he was 73 years old and not 45 years old.
In fact, if he was 45 years old in the photo or at the time of the interview, he would have even been born at the time of his college graduation.
That said, while JJ may have had many faults, he answered the phone calls, spoke to shareholders, was in the office whenever you called, and seemed to have tried to keep the firm afloat. None of these are actions or achievements that we can attribute to Mir.
