As I understand 13g filings, they're meant to report beneficial ownership positions once changes occur...so does this mean Boyd/Armistice now only has just over 500k shares instead of the 837k shares that he/they had remaining after the 10/1 r/s?

Or is the Boyd/Armistice 13g filing reflecting new offering shares just purchased?
