It already doesn't look good after all this time. I'm also giving less blame to SA as time goes on and more to Protext. The one thing governments crave more than anything is MONEY. MONEY is POWER, SA is going to continue to sacrifice billions and billions and billions of dollars? They could offer free high quality health care for all citizens as well as other services for that kind of money. If Protext could deliver as advertised, many more acres could be opened for growing, resulting in more wealth for SA.

I hope their newest tweet leads to a positive conclusion. How many months does it take after passing inspection? Billions and billions are being left on the table for both sides. Governments don't want to pass that up.
