That's hard to deny. You have to wonder what's behind it. Do they lack the financial or technical resources to get going? Do they simply not know what they're doing from a permitting/business standpoint? Construction is obviously notoriously prone to delays, and you have to give them some slack. But when it takes so long to make progress on essentially their first model home, then there's no denying that you've got problems.

You can try to spin it other ways. They can say they are working on their seafood project first to generate cash. But then why is a tiny company carrying the cost of real estate they aren't in position to develop?

This will drag out until rising mortgage rates kill the housing market, and then we will hear that they are "strategically" delaying construction until conditions improve.
