R/S's are not designed to hurt shareholders, but to react against negative Market forces that threaten them! Yes, it hurts Investors to some degree, but with Good CEO's, they can make good on all those so-called negative decisions made in the past?

Reverse Splits are only to meet stock selling obligations and to raise PPS so more stock can be sold. Oh, and penny stocks do not care about shareholders at all but spend al their time trying to convince them they do.
