Repatha is a sub Q injection every 2 wks. I find it literally a pain to do.....actually my wife a PA does it for / to me . It seems to me to be a large needle and a lot of liquid ...so its more then a flu shot and a lot more liquid I think then what diabetics need .
I'm using the term "liquid " to cover what ever it is we're injecting.

I can't imagine anyone taking the PCSK9's unless they absolutely had to.



Do you find any correlation to your wife's mood and the redness and swelling at the injection site? wink

Seriously, I'm impressed at how attentive you are to your health. I realize that you are in a situation that calls for it, but I used to be surprised at how many folks, even after a wake-up call diagnosis, continue to assume they can put things off until tomorrow. Glad to hear your first hand reports of what your taking and how it works for you, the doc commentaries, etc. And glad it seems to be working, even if it does seem to make you a bit ornery at times...
